We all have the same problem.  Its all around us in this broken world we live in. We are all sinful. Even the most moral of us can not be good enough for God. He is holy and righteous. The good news is that God loves us and knows we can do nothing to help ourselves.  So He sent help. “When we were utterly helpless, Christ came at just the right time and died for us sinners.  Romans 5:6

Since sin separates us from God. Because our sin leaves us helpless God had to provide a way back to him. And He did. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16

We all need Jesus to save us.  We all need God’s forgiveness.  “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23 . All sin, every sin has the consequence of spiritual death, which means, separation from God now and for all eternity in hell. God chose to have his Son pay the penalty for all sin. When Jesus died on the cross, Gods justice was satisfied so that we don’t have to face the eternal consequences of our sin. “For God presented Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. People are made right with God when they believe that Jesus sacrificed his life, shedding his blood.” Romans 3:25

When you are offered help, things don’t get better until you accept that help. You receive God’s help through faith.  The bible states.. “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved “ Acts 16:31. Through faith you can receive the forgiveness of your sins and the gift of salvation  because of Jesus death and resurrection. You can do that right now. Use this prayer below as a guide to ask God for the salvation He provides through his Son Jesus. 

Dear God,  I acknowledge that Jesus died for my sins and was raised from the dead, and I accept your forgiveness through him.  I believe in your Son as my Savior. Thank you, Father God, for forgiving me, saving me, and giving me eternal life with You. Amen!"
